We engaged Wei Ting as our ID and had a really positive experience. She did an excellent job with the 3D mock-ups, which helped us clearly visualise how our home would look before work started. During the renovation, she even arranged for CCTV to be placed in our house — this gave us peace of mind both to monitor the progress and for security, especially since there had been break-in incidents in our estate.

Wei Ting was also very responsive and timely with rectifications whenever we raised issues, and we really appreciated her efficiency in ensuring the project stayed on track. Thanks to her, our home was handed over on time and in great condition. We’re very happy with the results and highly recommend her!

Working with Wei Ting from Ft2 Interior Design on my home renovation journey was an exceptional experience as first time home owner. What I appreciated most was her patience and dedication, especially with my many changing ideas and requests throughout the project. She never made me feel like I was being difficult (though I know I was at times). Instead, she always took the time to listen, understand, and adjust the plans accordingly. Her calm, flexible, and solution-oriented approach made the entire process feel collaborative and stress-free.

She also gave practical advice that not only suited my needs but helped me save money. For example, when we were at the lighting shop, she impressed me with how quickly and accurately she calculated the number of lights and the length of LED strips required which it was clear how experienced she is. On top of that, Wei Ting kept everything running smoothly and on schedule, coordinating seamlessly with contractors and suppliers. The final result turned out even better than I had imagined, modern and functional that perfectly suited to my taste and lifestyle.

I’ve heard plenty of horror stories from other homeowners about IDs who don’t respond, but that was never the case with Wei Ting. She always replied within minutes, and any time I had a question or concern, she was quick to reassure me and provide answers.

The CCTV cameras she deployed were also a big plus, as I could check daily progress and see if anyone had entered my unit. Even my friends and colleagues were surprised by this thoughtful value-added service, which they had never heard of from other ID firms. Even with the cameras, Wei Ting still went the extra mile by keeping me updated regularly, sending progress photos, and ensuring every detail was taken care of without me needing to be physically present. I never once felt out of the loop, and I could truly relax knowing everything was in such capable hands.

I wholeheartedly recommend Wei Ting and the team at Ft2 to anyone looking for a designer who is not only creative and experienced, but also incredibly reliable, patient, and easy to work with.

I engaged Wei Ting as my ID and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the start, she was very attentive and took the time to really understand what I wanted, even when I wasn’t very clear myself. She gave practical suggestions without being pushy, and I appreciated how she balanced design with functionality.

Throughout the project, Wei Ting was reliable and responsive, keeping me updated on progress and patiently addressing my questions. Her eye for detail shows in the finishing touches, and you can tell she takes pride in her work. What stood out most was her professionalism and sense of responsibility—she always made sure things were done properly, not just quickly.

I’m really glad I chose Ryan from Ft2 Interior Design for my BTO reno. From day one, he was super helpful, showing us 3D renderings even before we signed anything, and giving practical advice that not only suited our needs but also helped us save money.

What I appreciate most is his patience and dedication. We went through many rounds of changes, colour selections (even on weekends), and he was always polite, friendly, and smiling. The live CCTV they provided was also a big plus—I could travel overseas for work with peace of mind, knowing Ryan was taking care of everything and following up on every detail.

They even managed to complete everything within 2 months, which was amazing. And even after handover, Ryan and his team came back a few times to fix minor defects and improve things further without hesitation.

Honestly, choosing Ryan and Ft2 was the best choice I made for my renovation. If I ever do another project, they’ll definitely be the first team I go back to.

It's been three months since we moved into our newly renovated 3-room HDB flat, and I'm still loving every bit of it! Johnson Teh from Ft2 created a comfortable and functional living space that's perfect for our family. The design is thoughtful, simple, and meets our needs perfectly. I had an amazing experience at FT2 Interior Design with ID Zan Lai. No other IDs that we had consulted before give us this feeling.

I was truly surprised when Zan sent us the first 3D home layout based on the floorplan with some of our requirements without any signing ahead.

Zan understood our requirements well and was creative with his ideas, suggestions, and design. It was very impressive and make us feel confident that he is very professional thus I have high confident to appoint him as our New Home ID.

Zan is very professional and patiently explain all the details and inquiries to us during our first meet-up. He is responsive and would offer suggestions without being pushy.

I highly recommend Zan Lai to anyone looking for creativity, attention to details, professionalism and excellent service ID.

I have known Johnathon 10 years back when he did my first renovation.

Fast forward 10 years - I am currently undergoing another renovation with another ID company and had been facing some sticky problems which my current ID could not solve for the past 1 month - and my ID went radio silence ever since, without any follow up nor updates.

I reached out to Johnathon because he did a fantastic job 10 years ago - he was professional, sincere, responsible, honest and used his experience/knowledge and helped me alot. More importantly, he was very hands on and constantly provided me with updates on the progress of my renovation - something which my current ID lacked.

10 years now, he is still sincere and was willing to hear my problems. I texted him on a Thursday to seek his help and he came down 2 days later, on a Saturday, to assess my situation/problems.

After assessing, he deemed it a manageable job - unlike my current ID, who pushed the job/responsibility between his plumber/tiler, and none wanted to take on the job/responsibility.

Without saying more, Johnathon went to his car to retrieve his tools and solved the issue for me within 30 mins - something which he could have flatly rejected upfront or make some excuses that the problem cannot be easily solved - since the mess was not created by him nor his company to begin with.

I am very grateful to Johnathon for his help because my current renovation had not been smooth. In fact, my ID told me that it will at best be a 3-4 months job but it has been 11 months and renovation is still not completed!

All thanks to Johnathon, our sticky/pressing issues have been resolved and we can look forward to moving back soon.

We recently decided to engage Ft2 for our renovation project, and even though the work hasn’t started yet, we’ve been thoroughly impressed so far. From our first conversation, the team has been responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely attentive to our needs.

Had a meeting to discuss quotation and I am pleasantly surprised by their transparency in their pricing down to the smallest details. Keon was the designer assigned to me and he was very friendly and professional. The layout and 3D renders are all printed out nicely for me to bring home. I am still in the process of gathering quotations but this is the most value for money and reassuring so far. Highly recommend!
